Note from Dr. McKinnon: I need some help to improve my Medical Supervision Plan For the Agency Orientation. I need an outline of who does it i.e. the title not name, Chief Training officer. When its done , What it includes... an outline of what the orientation includes, Policy Procedures. ..such as when to respond , driver training, restocking, where to hang your turnouts, radio training..... anything you would be sure to go over with a new EMS person .... Do you give them a Protocal packet to review... And do you have a formal Evaluation i.e. do the new providers need to ride along or be observed by another provider before they are on their own ...Things like that. IIt can be an outline or a check list I don't need every detail. This would really help!
